I offer dynamic and engaging keynote presentations and workshops to teach successful parenting strategies. I translate the latest research and evidence based treatment into bitesize, pragmatic solutions that are effective for caregivers as well as providers.
Programs:
1) Developmentally informed parental interventions that nurture social, emotional and cognitive wellbeing in children
2) Evidence-based parenting strategies for youth with behavioral challenges such as oppositional behavior or excessive anxiety
3) Family based behavioral interventions for managing social media and technology overuse in adolescents
4) Addressing failure to launch by building readiness for independence: how to overcome a behavioral pattern in young adults that involves anxiety, low motivation, executive dysfunction and overdependence on caregivers

I provide clinical supervision (available weekly, twice monthly, or as a single consultation) for mental health professionals navigating complex cases.

I offer lectures and workshops on parenting strategies for typically developing youth as well as youth with ADHD, oppositional behavior or excessive anxiety. I additionally teach family based interventions for caregivers of teens who struggle with social media and technology overuse.

Yes. I offer in person appointments on Fridays from 9a-6p. My office is located at 3252 Holiday Ct., Suite 209 La Jolla, CA 92037.
I additionally have telehealth appointments available on Wednesdays from 9a-6p.

Ages 5 to 65 years old.

Initial psychiatric/medication management assessment appointments for clients who are younger than 18 or older than 18 and require parent/caregiver involvement are 2 hours. First hour is spent with parent/caregiver alone, second hour with client including treatment plan review at the end of the appointment.
Initial psychiatric/medication management assessment appointments for clients over 18 years old are 90 minutes.
Follow up medication management appointments are offered at 30 minutes or 50 minutes.
Therapy initial and follow up appointments are 50 minutes.
Parent coaching appointments are 50 minutes.
